  • If You Prefer Only Lights in 4 rooms For lighting-only requirements, the Basic Tier can support approximately 7–8 smart-controlled lights per room, depending on the existing electrical configuration and confirmed site requirements.
  • For a mixed-device requirement, the standard Basic Tier scope can include approximately 7–8 lights in one room together with 1 TV or 1 set-top box, 1 AC, and 1 fan, subject to compatibility and site conditions.
  • Customers may request automation for specific devices or selected rooms. Our team will confirm the exact requirement and implementation scope before proceeding.
  • Designed for retrofit installation using the home's existing electrical wiring; the existing touch-panel or switchboard is not replaced under the Basic Tier.
  • Zappoy provides the applicable smart-control, automation, integration, and Web-App control infrastructure; household appliances such as TVs, ACs, fans, and set-top boxes are not supplied as part of this plan.

  • For a mixed-device requirement, the standard Premium - Tier scope can include approximately 14–16 lights in Two room together with 2 TV or 2 set-top box, 2 AC, and 2 fan, subject to compatibility and site conditions.
  • Additional smart devices can be integrated separately, including smart door locks and high-voltage smart plugs for applications such as water motors, refrigerators, and other compatible high-load appliances.
  • Smart door locks are available as additional chargeable devices. Pricing is determined separately according to the selected lock, device type, specifications, and applicable market price.
  • High-voltage smart plugs are available as additional chargeable products, including suitable 8A, 16A, and 30A configurations where technically compatible with the intended appliance or electrical load.
  • Adding optional devices or accessories does not change, increase, or otherwise affect the Premium Tier subscription fee. Such devices are billed separately according to the selected product and installation requirements.
  • Compatible existing switch plates include: Roma Classic, Roma Allure, Hifi, Wonder, Rider, Vinay Adora, Panama 1000+, Richard Royal Rika, Alemac, Aonn, Fybros, Parcos, Vihan Ever, Vihan Forum, and Vihan Flyoer.
  • Currently non-compatible plate families include: GM, Legrand, Schneider, and Norisys. Compatibility may be confirmed during the site assessment before installation.
  • The final installation scope is confirmed after reviewing the property's existing wiring, switchboard configuration, device requirements, electrical load, and compatibility conditions.

    • Designed for homes up to 2 BHK, fully customizable residences, and multi-floor properties requiring a more extensive automation configuration.
    • Includes a comprehensive default automation scope of approximately 28–32 smart-controlled lights, up to 4 TVs, up to 4 ACs, 4–6 fans, and up to 4 motorized curtains, subject to the confirmed site layout and electrical requirements.
    • High-end bespoke device mapping with room-wise automation planning and customization based on the property's actual requirements.
    • Additional devices and specialized integrations can be added according to the customer's requirements and will be charged separately on a per-device basis as specified in the final quotation.
    • Additional chargeable options may include smart door locks, CCTV systems, air purifiers, and other compatible smart devices, subject to product availability, technical compatibility, and site requirements.
    • The final device quantity, product selection, installation requirements, and additional charges are determined through the confirmed site assessment and quotation before implementation.
    • Additional devices, upgrades, and specialized integrations are billed separately and do not increase, modify, or otherwise affect the Elite Tier subscription plan or its recurring subscription fee.
    • Secure Web-App based control UI with centralized control of the configured residential automation system.
    • All Elite Tier configurations remain subject to site conditions, existing electrical infrastructure, device compatibility, product availability, and the final approved quotation.

Billing Terms: A standard one-time labor/visiting cost of ₹2,500 applies. Hospitality pricing excludes GST. Residential includes GST. All initial integration and setup fees are strictly non-refundable.

Setup fee is applicable as specified for the selected property scope. The final setup cost may be revised where additional devices, integrations, or site-specific requirements are requested and will be confirmed in the final quotation.
For larger properties or sites requiring extended on-site work, a standard labour/visiting charge of ₹2,500 may apply for up to 2 days. This charge is not applicable to small or medium-sized properties with 5 rooms or fewer, subject to the confirmed site requirements.
